Rosehall Exempt Market Solutions and Harpreet (Harris) Thiara surrender registration to ASC
The Alberta Securities Commission (ASC) has accepted the surrender applications of Edmonto-based Rosehall Exempt Market Solutions Inc. and Harpreet Thiara, as the ultimate designated person of Rosehall, effective Jan. 9.
The surrender applications were received in the context of hearing proceedings in which ASC staff were seeking to suspend or terminate the registration of Rosehall as an exempt market dealer.
