SEI Investments Canada Company (SEI Canada) is introducing new classes and making other changes to a selection of mutual funds.

The asset management firm will launch a new class of FC units for its Canadian Fixed Income Fund, Emerging Markets Equity Fund and International Equity Fund, allowing for “additional options [for] SEI Canada’s cost-efficient fee-based offering,” a release said.

At the same time, the firm is closing classes of multiple funds, with more details expected in preliminary and pro forma prospectus filings. The closures will impact class I and R units of 20 products, including equities, bond and income funds.
