Toronto-based BMO Private Investment Counsel Inc. has announced that the risk ratings of certain BMO private portfolios have been lowered, effectively immediately.
The risk rating reductions are as follows:
>BMO Private Canadian Special Equity Portfolio is changing to “medium to high” from “high.”
> BMO Private Diversified Yield Portfolio is changing to “low to medium” from “medium.”
> BMO Private U.S. Special Equity Portfolio is changing to “medium to high” from “high.”
There are no changes to the investment objectives or strategies associated with the new risk ratings.
