Toronto-based Omega Securities Inc. — an alternative trading system company that offers the Omega ATS and Lynx ATS marketplaces — has changed its name to Tradelogiq Markets Inc.
“The rebranding of Omega to Tradelogiq signals a new direction for our company,” said Laurence Rose, chairman and CEO of Tradelogiq, in a release on Wednesday.
Rose cited new ownership, management and upgraded technology, all of which are a result of shareholder Matchpoint Financial Corp. acquiring a controlling interest in the company in February 2019.
