The Investment Industry Regulatory Organization of Canada (IIROC) has set its annual meeting date for early September, the industry self-regulatory organization announced on Monday.
IIROC will hold its annual meeting at the Toronto Board of Trade on Sept. 9, starting at 4:30 pm ET.
At the meeting, the dealers and marketplaces that belong to IIROC will consider the SRO’s latest financial statements for the fiscal year ended March 31 and its auditor’s report; elect directors; and appoint auditors, and to authorize the board to determine the auditors’ remuneration.
The materials for the annual meeting were mailed out to firms on Aug. 7.
