Europe Blue-Chip Dividend & Growth Fund will terminate and wind up on its scheduled termination date of March 29, Scotia Managed Companies Administration Inc., the fund’s manager, confirmed Wednesday.
All of the fund’s outstanding units will be redeemed for their net asset value on March 29. The last day on which the units will trade on the Toronto Stock Exchange will be March 27.
The units currently are listed for trading on the Toronto Stock Exchange under the symbol EBC.UN.
