Investment Executive (IE) is among the finalists for the 2018 Financial Journalism Awards, CFA Society Toronto announced on Thursday.
IE is a finalist for Publication of the Year and senior reporter James Langton is a finalist for Journalist of the Year.
The awards recognize the contributions of Canadian-based publications and journalists in helping consumers and advisors gain a better understanding of the investment profession, CFA Society Toronto says in a statement.
IE’s sister publications, Benefits Canada and Advisor’s Edge, are also in the running for this year’s awards.
The winners for each award category will be announced at an awards reception in Toronto on March 21.
